My name is Nate Zepnick and I am a third generation, local builder.  I have been in the homebuilding industry since I was 14, when I spent my summers working on a framing crew.  I was born and raised in Green Bay. Building is in my blood and my passion is helping people.  I take pride in my work and believe that details make a difference.

I am a family man, dedicated to my lovely wife and two wonderful boys.  I am an avid outdoorsman, and enjoy every opportunity I get to be in the woods or on the water.  I am a graduate of Southwest High School and St. Norbert College.  I would love the opportunity to help make your building dreams a reality
